Education
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is typically preferred. However, relevant work experience or vocational training may also be considered.

Experience
Previous experience in Networking, IT recruitment, staffing, or human resources recommended. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Relevant certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) a plus..

Recruitment Skills:
​Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, with the ability to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various IT positions.

Networking Abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals, hiring managers, and clients, both online and offline. Familiarity with social networking platforms and professional networking events is beneficial.

Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminology, including programming languages, operating systems, databases, networking, and cloud computing. Comptia Network + or similar a plus.

Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and team members. Experience conducting interviews, writing job descriptions, and negotiating job offers is desirable.

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and fulfill the needs of both clients and candidates. Providing a positive experience for both parties is essential for long-term success in IT.
