eDiscovery Data Analyst
1
Education
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, a master's degree or a related field; or specialized coursework in eDiscovery or digital forensics.
Relevant certifications such as Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), or similar eDiscovery certifications recommended.

Experience
Previous experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, data analysis, or related fields a plus. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience recommended.

Legal Knowledge
Understanding of legal concepts and procedures related to eDiscovery, including the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), litigation process, chain of custody, and legal holds.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to eDiscovery, including GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA, etc. a plus.

Project Management
Experience managing eDiscovery projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.

Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze electronic documents and metadata thoroughly.

Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends within electronic data sets.

Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience preparing reports, documentation, and presentations is desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders, to achieve common goals and objectives.
